When Sagemore Apartments opened in 1988, it became the next luxury lifestyle living community in Marlton, NJ. After 32 years, Davis Enterprises has begun renovations of the exterior facade of the community with all units receiving a fresh and modern look. Each apartment will receive new windows, a sliding glass door, and modern exterior siding.
In August of 2019, contractors started to remove old exterior siding, sliding glass doors, and windows in multiple buildings within the Sagemore community.
"After 30 years, Sagemore needed a refresh. We wanted to bring the community into the 21st century. In order to be competitive in the marketplace, we need to be one step ahead," said Mitchell Davis, CEO of Davis Enterprises.
Of the 42 buildings within the Sagemore community, 10 have been completed to date. Another ten are slated for completion by the Fall of 2020. The entire project will be completed by the end of 2022.
