OWNER & CEO
Mitchell Davis is a third-generation real estate owner and developer with a focus on the acquisition, development, and long-term stewardship of income-producing rental properties. Grounded in a family legacy of ownership and quality construction, his work reflects a disciplined, generational approach to building and investment.

Mitchell brings a hands-on, operator-driven mindset to every project, maintaining direct involvement across design, construction, and asset management. His experience spans development strategy, construction oversight, and long-term operations, allowing him to execute with precision while maintaining an owner’s perspective at every stage of the process.
Guided by a philosophy centered on durability, thoughtful design, and long-term value, Mitchell prioritizes enduring partnerships and responsible growth. His commitment to quality and community impact informs every decision, with the goal of creating properties that are both timeless and built to last.

Mitchell is very philanthropic. Among the non-profits he lends his talent and/or treasure to are: Habitat for Humanity Southern New Jersey, Jewish National Fund and Ronald McDonald House Southern New Jersey.
Perry Davis
VP REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Perry Davis is a fourth-generation real estate developer and seasoned Construction Project Manager and Superintendent at Davis Enterprises, a leading Southern New Jersey developer renowned for creating, owning, and managing high-end apartment communities since 1962.

A graduate of Syracuse University, Perry began his career with the family business part-time during high school, gaining foundational experience in maintenance operations and the day-to-day realities of construction and development. Over the past 15 years, he has advanced through hands-on roles, building deep expertise in overseeing complex multifamily projects from site preparation through completion.

In his current leadership position, Perry manages all phases of construction for high-end apartment complexes, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to timelines and budgets, rigorous safety standards, and innovative design that elevates tenant living experiences. Committed to upholding the Davis Enterprises legacy of excellence, he plays a key role in delivering state-of-the-art, high-end residential developments that enhance communities across Southern New Jersey.

Neil Davis
VISUAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
Neil is a Photographer & Videographer for Davis Enterprises, utilizing creative storytelling through images and videos for our properties. Neil studied graphic design at Rider University with a concentration in visual arts and media, and at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts for social media marketing. When he is not in the office working, Neil enjoys photography, hiking, reading fantasy books, as well as being a freelance photographer for NJ.com.
Adam Davis
VP REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT
Adam Davis is a 4th Generation real estate development and construction professional with hands-on experience taking projects from concept to completion. At Davis Enterprises, he works across acquisition analysis, development strategy, and construction execution, bridging the gap between the numbers and the nuts-and-bolts realities on site.
Known for a practical, detail-driven approach, Adam focuses on building projects that make sense financially and function in the real world — on schedule, on budget, and without unnecessary drama. He brings a strong understanding of market dynamics, development economics, and construction processes, allowing him to spot risks early and push projects forward efficiently.
Adam takes a long-term view of real estate: smart planning, disciplined execution, and assets that hold up over time. When he’s not buried in plans, budgets, or site walks, he’s usually thinking about how to do the next one better.
