Davis Enterprises' Maintenance Department is looking for a laborer with a valid drivers license who has their own transportation and can reliably commute to work. They need to be able to complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner, work indoors and outdoors in all conditions. lift 50lbs, and ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and stored properly.

 

Painter:

 

Davis Enterprises is looking for a Painter to join our team! This employee will be part of a team responsible for helping to maintain our properties.

Main responsibilities:

• Prep and paint rental units

• Keep accurate records of time in units

• The ability to spray is a plus!

A qualified applicant should possess reliable transportation, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle the physical workload.

Appliance Technician:

Davis Enterprises' Maintenance Department is looking for an Appliance Technician to diagnose and repair all appliances

-Inspects and identifies appliances in need of repair.

-Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

-Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

-Needs a valid drivers license who has their own transportation and can reliably commute to work.

HVAC Technician:

Davis Enterprises' Maintenance Department is looking for an HVAC Technician to diagnose and repair all appliances

-Inspects and identifies equipment in need of repair.

-Ability to work on Heat, Air Conditioning, and Water Heaters

-Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

-Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

-Needs a valid drivers license who has their own transportation and can reliably commute to work.

Plumber:

Davis Enterprises' Maintenance Department is looking for a Plumber

-Assemble and install plumbing systems

-Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems 

-Adhere to safety policies and procedures

-Previous experience in plumbing, maintenance, or other related field

-Needs a valid drivers license who has their own transportation and can reliably commute to work.

​General Maintenance Technician:

Davis Enterprises' Maintenance Department is looking for a General Maintenance Technician. They will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.

​

• Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.

• Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.

• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. 

• Performs routine maintenance on building systems.

• Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.

• Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Carpenter:

​

-Knowledge of general carpentry and repair and framing, drywall, trim/finish work,

-Needs a valid drivers license who has their own transportation and can reliably commute to work.

​

Maintenance Department General Requirements: 

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

​

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance staff.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Education and Experience

• Related experience preferred.

• Must have reliable transportation .

 

Physical Requirements:

​

• Prolonged periods standing and walking.

• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
